These terms govern access to and use of the entremotards.com website and the app.entremotards.com application (together “Entre Motards”), a service that connects people for free hosting between motorcyclists, published by RENT A SITE.

You can browse the map, accommodation listings and public profiles without creating an account. Registration is reserved for adults.

After creating your account, you complete a first-login journey: confirmation of your username, first name, last name, introduction and city. Gender and date of birth can be added later in My account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

Entre Motards is a technical intermediary. The service is neither a host nor a traveler. It does not take part in concluding or performing stays between users.

Hosts remain free to accept or decline each reservation. As long as the stay is not over, the host and the traveler can cancel an accepted reservation.

Accommodation offered is free: any reservation for payment outside the service is prohibited.

In the current version, each account can only offer one active accommodation at a time. Hosts can block unavailable dates: a reservation whose nights overlap a blocked period cannot be accepted.

A member can publish a request to say they are looking for a place to stay near a given area on certain dates. Open requests are visible on the map, including without an account. Offering your accommodation in response requires being logged in.

Messaging and reservation rules then apply just as for a regular stay.

The exact address of the accommodation is only shared with the parties to an accepted reservation, during the stay. It does not appear on the map or on public listings.

After acceptance, the traveler can also see the contact methods the host chose to share (messaging and, where applicable, phone, SMS or WhatsApp).

Private messaging lets logged-in members chat, unless one has blocked the other, in the following cases:

• As part of an accommodation reservation: as soon as a reservation is accepted (or a stay is over), the parties can always use messaging. This channel cannot be turned off for that stay. While a reservation is pending, the host can write to the traveler; the traveler can write to the host only if the host allows unsolicited messages, or if a conversation already exists.
• Outside an accommodation reservation: if the recipient allows unsolicited messages through the “Receive unsolicited messages” option (My account → Privacy). This option is on by default; anyone can turn it off.
• The Entre Motards team: team accounts may be reachable even outside the cases above, for support or moderation.

Community rooms let logged-in members (registration completed) chat in shared channels. You agree to use messaging and rooms respectfully and in line with these terms.

Blocking a member hides the private conversation and may cancel ongoing reservations between you.

After a completed stay, the host and the traveler can leave a review (thumbs up or down, and an optional comment) to help the community. Reviews must remain factual, respectful and in line with these terms.

You agree to:

• respect other members and their homes;
• not publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content;
• not use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• report any inappropriate behavior.

Community values and day-to-day rules are set out in the community charter, which you accept by using the site and the app.

Your public username, like all content linked to your account (profile, accommodation, messages, reviews), must remain respectful of the community.

The following are notably prohibited:

• racist, antisemitic, xenophobic, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or discriminatory remarks or symbols;
• glorification of crimes, or of regimes or historical figures associated with crimes against humanity, terrorism or hatred (names, slogans, dates or twisted references);
• insults, threats, harassment, or any attack on the dignity of others;
• identity theft and misleading usernames meant to pass for a third party, an institution or Entre Motards.

Entre Motards may require a username to be changed, remove content or suspend an account in case of a breach, including when another member reports it.

From My account → Privacy, you choose which parts of your profile are visible depending on the audience (logged-in members or visitors without an account). You remain responsible for the information you display.

In the same tab, you can allow or refuse unsolicited messages (outside a stay). This setting does not block messaging tied to an accepted reservation or a stay, nor the fact that a host can write to you while a reservation to them is still pending.

You remain the owner of the content you publish. You grant Entre Motards a limited license to display it as part of the service.

The search map uses geographic data © OpenStreetMap ( ODbL license), displayed through the OpenFreeMap style (or, as a fallback, the OSM France rendering).

Entre Motards may suspend or delete an account in case of a breach of these terms, without prejudice to any available legal remedies.

You can delete your account at any time from My account → Security. Deletion is permanent and erases your associated data on the service, within the limits of legal retention obligations.

Entre Motards is not liable for damage linked to a stay between users, to content published by third parties, or to temporary unavailability of the service.

How your data is processed is described in our privacy policy.

These terms may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
